Paddy the Baker

Freshly baked daily in beautiful Bundeena and delivered to us here at The Gourmet Grocer twice weekly.

Paddy's Spotted Dick, this is the one your granny used to make and you would be picking out the sultanas when she wasn't looking. Now that you're all grown up you will love it toasted for breakfast or with an olive tapanade, to enjoy a bitter sweet experience!

Tatti Scones, potato cakes or potato farls. Serve them with bacon and egg, or heat them and serve with butter or something savoury.

Paddy's Soda  Farls, Irish fast food, these were flattened and cooked on a griddle so you could have something to serve an unexpected guest. Serve them fried as part of an Ulster Fry or toast them and serve them with a nice jam.

Traditional Irish Black Pudding made to their own special recipe. Due to the handmade nature of this product the weight will be approximately 400 grams.
